IF YOU WANT THE SHORT VERSION, THIS IS
Where people, places and businesses pay to get seen, and visitors find the best deals, vote for their favorite Pages, and earn rewards.
The Grand Pages lists people, places, and businesses.
Each one can pay from 15 € to create a Page, and every Page has a public total. It includes the amount paid to create the Page, the money paid by people who support it to unlock exclusive deals, and the credits earned by referring other Pages.
The Page with the highest total ranks #1 in its category or overall, in its city, country, or worldwide.
WHY PEOPLE USE IT
Because everyone gets something real: the visitor gets a deal worth more than they paid, and the Page gets a customer, not just a place on a list.
THE WHOLE THING IN THREE LINES
It’s a directory
A coffee shop, a photographer, an app, a bakery, an Instagram profile. Each one has a Page, in its category, its city and its country.
Money is the ranking
No stars, no reviews, no algorithm. The Page with the highest total ranks first, and everyone can see the totals.
Deals are the reward
Pay to support a Page and unlock what that Page has reserved for its supporters. Your payment counts towards its total.
AN INVENTED EXAMPLE, START TO FINISH
A BAKERY: FIVE EUROS IN, TEN EUROS OFF
The bakery has a Page
Bakeries · Lyon. It paid 15 € to be listed.
It posts a deal
“Pay 5 € to unlock 10 € off your next order.”
You unlock it for 5 €
You pay The Grand Pages and get the code.
Its total goes up by 5 €
It now has 20 € and passes the bakery two streets away.
You use the deal at the bakery
You get 10 € off, so you come out 5 € ahead.
WHERE THE 5 € GOES
To The Grand Pages (that’s how we make money), and onto the bakery’s ranking score. For the bakery, it means its own customers are helping pay for its visibility.
WHERE THE 10 € COMES FROM
From the bakery’s own margin, to thank its supporters or attract new customers. The Grand Pages takes 0% commission on the deal.
TWO WAYS TO BE HERE
AS A VISITOR
You come for the deals
- Browse a category or a city and see who is #1.
- Take the public deals. They cost nothing.
- Pay to unlock a private deal and push that Page up while you’re at it.
AS A PAGE
You come to be found
- 15 € opens your Page in your category and your city.
- Offer a deal, and the people who unlock it raise your total.
- Pay more than #1 yourself and take the top spot right away.
WHAT IT IS NOT
- NOT A REVIEW SITE
- Nobody rates anybody here. There are no stars to game and no anonymous opinions to trust.
- NOT AN ALGORITHM
- No relevance score, no quality score, no editorial judgment. One number decides the order, and it is public.
- NOT A MARKETPLACE
- We take no commission on what a Page sells. What customers spend with them is theirs.
- NOT A HIDDEN AUCTION
- Many advertising platforms sell visibility through private bidding systems. Here, the price of a position is visible on the page.
“So it’s pay to be first?”
YES. THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT IT IS.
On many platforms, businesses already pay to be seen first. You just can’t see the price, the bid, or who paid what. Here, the payment is the ranking. It is public, and anyone can outpay anyone.
The other difference: a Page is not the only one allowed to pay for it. A supporter’s euro counts exactly like the Page’s own. That is why the deals exist, and why a small Page with a great deal can rank above a big one.
STILL NOT CLEAR?
- What do I get for my money?
- The deal the Page has reserved for its supporters, whatever it chooses to offer: a discount, a gift, early access, a mention. It is usually shown on the Page before you pay.
- Does my payment go to the business?
- No. It goes 100% to The Grand Pages (that’s how we make money) and raises that Page’s total. The reward comes from the Page itself, out of its own margin, to thank its supporters or attract new customers.
- Can I just look around?
- Yes. Every ranking, every Page and every public deal is free to view, with no account required.
- Who is it for?
- Anyone with something to sell or something to show, and anyone who would rather pay a few euros for a real deal than scroll through reviews.
- What if there is nothing in my category or city?
- That’s not a problem: that’s an opportunity. Be an early adopter. If your category or city is still empty, 15 € can put you at #1 immediately. You may even be the only Page there for a while, which means that anyone looking in that ranking will see you first.
NOW YOU KNOW. PICK A SIDE
Look for a deal, or take a place in the ranking before someone else does.
