These Terms govern the use of The Grand Pages and all paid services purchased through the Site.
The Grand Pages is operated by WebStyleStory SARL.
Paid transactions require express acceptance of these Terms at checkout.
Please also read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
1. THE SERVICE
The Grand Pages is a global directory and search engine where businesses, places and people can offer exclusive deals, and money sets the ranking.
Pages are ranked according to the amounts attributed to them under the published ranking rules.
Rankings are monetary rankings only.
They are not reviews, recommendations, certifications, awards or assessments of quality, merit, reliability or value.
A #1 position means only that the Page currently occupies the #1 position under The Grand Pages ranking system.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Paid services are available only to users aged 18 or over who are legally capable of entering into a contract.
Where a user acts on behalf of a business, organisation or other entity, the user confirms that they have authority to act on its behalf where applicable.
3. PAGES
A Page may represent or refer to a person, business, organisation, brand, product, place or other eligible subject.
A Page may be created by:
- the subject concerned;
- an authorised representative;
- another user in support of the subject concerned.
If you claim to represent a person, company or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
If you do not represent the subject of a Page, you must not state or imply that you do.
The existence of a Page does not by itself mean that its subject created, approved or endorsed it.
4. CREATING A PAGE
Creating a Page currently costs a minimum of €15.
The applicable price, including applicable taxes where required, is displayed before payment.
The paid service consists of:
- creating or activating the relevant Page;
- applying the payment to its ranking total;
- calculating the resulting ranking position;
- displaying or activating the resulting ranking action.
These actions are performed immediately following successful payment.
Once they have been completed, the purchased service is fully performed.
The continued presence of the Page on the Site does not constitute the purchase of a hosting service for a fixed period and does not extend the duration of the paid service.
Creating a Page does not guarantee any minimum duration at a particular ranking position.
Another Page may overtake it at any time according to the ranking rules.
5. EDITING A PAGE
A newly created Page may be edited free of charge during the 24 hours following its creation.
After this period, reopening a Page for editing currently costs a minimum of €5.
The applicable amount is displayed before payment.
This payment purchases the immediate reopening of the editing functionality and is also attributed to the Page's ranking total where indicated by the Site.
Once the editing functionality has been activated and the corresponding ranking action completed, the purchased service is fully performed.
6. SUPPORTING A PAGE
Supporting a Page currently costs a minimum of €5.
A support payment purchases an immediate ranking action.
Once payment succeeds, the amount is applied to the supported Page's ranking total and its ranking is recalculated.
Once those actions have been completed, the service purchased through that payment is fully performed.
Money paid for support goes to The Grand Pages only.
It is not transferred to the person, company, organisation or other subject represented by the Page.
A support payment is not a donation, investment, equity contribution or transfer of funds to the Page.
7. DEALS AND SUPPORTER BENEFITS
Some Pages may offer Deals or other benefits.
Some Deals are available to everyone. Others may require a specified level of support.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a Deal is provided by the Page offering it and not by The Grand Pages.
Access to a third-party Deal that results from supporting a Page does not mean that the support payment is transferred to the Page.
The Grand Pages does not guarantee the continuing availability, accuracy, validity or fulfilment of third-party Deals.
Only an authorised person may publish a Deal or commercial commitment purporting to be offered by the person, business or organisation represented by a Page.
8. SELF-SUPPORT
A Page manager may support their own Page where the Site permits it.
Self-support counts toward the Page's ranking total.
It may be publicly identified as self-support and may be excluded from separate supporter rankings.
9. RANKINGS
Every eligible Page ranks in All Categories.
Selecting a specific category also allows the Page to rank within that category.
Rankings may additionally be calculated according to location, worldwide scope, time period or other filters available on the Site.
The same Page may hold several different ranking positions simultaneously.
Rankings are dynamic and may change at any time.
No position, ranking duration, exposure, audience, traffic, revenue, sales or other commercial result is guaranteed.
CERTIFICATES
Certificates made available through The Grand Pages record ranking information displayed by the Site at a particular point in time.
They do not constitute independent certifications, professional awards, endorsements or assessments of quality, merit, reliability or value.
A certificate does not guarantee that the same ranking continues to apply after the time recorded on the certificate.
10. TIES
Where two or more Pages have the same qualifying ranking amount, the Page that reached that total first remains ahead unless a different rule is expressly stated for the relevant ranking.
11. RANKING CORRECTIONS
The Grand Pages may correct or recalculate rankings where necessary because of:
- refunded or reversed payments;
- fraudulent or invalid transactions;
- duplicate payments;
- chargebacks;
- technical errors;
- moderation decisions;
- legal obligations.
Temporary delays in ranking updates do not create a right to compensation.
12. CATEGORIES
A Page may participate in eligible categories made available by The Grand Pages.
The Grand Pages may create, rename, merge, move, refuse or remove categories where reasonably necessary to organise the service, prevent duplication or abuse or comply with applicable law.
Where adding or changing a category requires payment, the applicable amount is displayed before payment.
The corresponding paid action is performed immediately after successful payment.
13. NATURE AND IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF PAID SERVICES
Each payment made to The Grand Pages purchases a separate and immediately performed service.
The essential purpose of each paid service is the immediate application of the payment to the relevant Page and the corresponding ranking action, together with any specific functionality expressly identified before payment.
Depending on the transaction, this may include:
- creating a Page;
- supporting a Page;
- applying an amount to a ranking total;
- recalculating a ranking position;
- adding a category;
- reopening editing;
- activating another expressly identified feature.
The service is fully performed when the purchased action has been completed.
The continued availability of the Site, continued existence of a Page, subsequent changes to its ranking caused by future transactions and access to third-party Deals do not constitute a continuing paid service under the completed transaction.
14. CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE
Consumers may ordinarily have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
However, services purchased through The Grand Pages are designed to be fully performed immediately.
Before making a payment, the consumer separately:
- accepts these Terms; and
- expressly requests that performance of the purchased service begin immediately, before expiry of the statutory withdrawal period, and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal will be lost once the service has been fully performed.
The service is fully performed once the relevant payment has been successfully applied and the corresponding ranking action or purchased functionality has been completed.
Once the service has been fully performed following the consumer's express request and acknowledgement, the consumer can no longer exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal for that transaction.
The fact that a Page remains visible or continues to participate in rankings afterwards does not mean that the paid service remains unperformed.
If, exceptionally, the purchased service has not yet been fully performed, any mandatory right of withdrawal that still exists under applicable law remains unaffected.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal still exists, the consumer may exercise it by sending an unambiguous statement to:

The model withdrawal form included at the end of these Terms may be used for this purpose but is not mandatory.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory right that cannot legally be waived or excluded.
15. REFUNDS
Once a purchased service has been fully performed, payments are not refundable merely because:
- another Page subsequently overtakes the Page;
- its ranking changes;
- it receives less traffic or visibility than expected;
- the user changes their mind;
- a third-party Deal expires or becomes unavailable.
Removal, restriction or suspension of a Page after a paid service has been fully performed does not automatically create a right to a refund, including where such action results from a breach of these Terms, unlawful content, fraud, abuse or infringement of third-party rights.
The Grand Pages may nevertheless refund or correct payments in cases including:
- duplicate charges;
- technical errors;
- fraudulent transactions;
- an error attributable to The Grand Pages;
- circumstances where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Any refunded, reversed or charged-back amount may be removed from the relevant ranking total.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy.
16. PAYMENTS
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout.
The total amount payable is displayed before payment.
Prices presented to consumers include applicable taxes where legally required unless expressly indicated otherwise.
The Grand Pages does not store complete payment-card information.
A payment counts toward ranking only after it has been successfully processed.
17. USER CONTENT
Users may submit names, descriptions, images, logos, links, comments, Deals and other content.
Users must have the rights or permissions necessary to submit the content they provide.
By submitting content, you grant The Grand Pages a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, format, display and technically distribute that content as necessary to operate and display the relevant Page and the Site.
You retain any rights you otherwise hold in your content.
18. THIRD-PARTY PAGES
A Page may concern a person or organisation that has not created or approved it.
Users who do not represent the subject of a Page must not imply endorsement, authorisation or affiliation.
Where a Page concerns a natural person, users must not submit sensitive, private, unlawfully obtained or irrelevant personal information.
Where a Page concerns a person under 18, particular care must be taken to protect that person's privacy and rights. The Grand Pages may restrict or remove such a Page or related information where reasonably necessary to protect the minor.
Only an authorised representative may publish a Deal or commercial commitment purporting to be offered by the person, business or organisation represented.
19. PROHIBITED USE
You must not use the Site to:
- impersonate another person;
- falsely claim to represent another person or organisation;
- commit fraud;
- submit unlawful or knowingly misleading content;
- submit sensitive or private information about another person without a lawful basis;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
- distribute malware or malicious links;
- manipulate rankings using fraudulent payments;
- publish unauthorised Deals;
- otherwise use the Site unlawfully.
20. MODERATION, REPORTING AND ILLEGAL CONTENT
The Grand Pages may remove, restrict, disable or modify access to any Page, content, link, Deal, comment or account where reasonably necessary to:
- enforce these Terms;
- protect users or third-party rights;
- prevent fraud or abuse;
- comply with legal obligations;
- preserve the integrity of the Site.
Content that is believed to be unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, misleading, infringing or otherwise in violation of rights may be reported through the reporting mechanism available on the Site or at:

Reports should identify the content concerned and explain why the reporter considers it unlawful, infringing or otherwise inappropriate.
Reports must be submitted in good faith.
The Grand Pages may request additional information where reasonably necessary to assess a report.
Reports are reviewed in a timely, diligent, objective and non-arbitrary manner.
Where contact information has been provided, The Grand Pages may acknowledge receipt and, where required by applicable law, inform the reporter of the decision taken.
Where content submitted by a user is removed or restricted, The Grand Pages will provide that user with information about the reason for the decision where required by applicable law, except where disclosure is prohibited or inappropriate for legal, security or safety reasons.

21. ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY
Users are responsible for maintaining control of their email address and authentication methods.
The Grand Pages may temporarily suspend access where fraud, unauthorised access or another security issue is reasonably suspected.
22. AVAILABILITY
The Grand Pages does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Maintenance, technical incidents or failures of third-party providers may temporarily affect availability or rankings.
Features, categories and future prices may change.
A future price change does not alter an already completed purchase.
23. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Grand Pages name, branding, software, interface, original content, design and database are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No substantial part of the Site or database may be systematically extracted or reused without authorisation where such extraction or reuse infringes applicable rights.
24. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Pages and Deals may contain links to third-party services.
The Grand Pages is not responsible for third-party products, services, security, privacy practices or contractual terms.
25. LIABILITY
The Grand Pages does not guarantee ranking duration, visibility, traffic, revenue, sales, reputation or any other commercial outcome.
The Grand Pages is not responsible for the performance of third-party Deals or for content submitted by users except to the extent required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
26. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
The Grand Pages may suspend or terminate an account or restrict a Page in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, fraud, security concerns, unlawful activity or legal obligations.
Relevant transaction, accounting, security, ranking-history and moderation records may be retained where permitted or required by law.
27. CONSUMER MEDIATION

28. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms are governed by French law.
For consumers, this choice does not deprive them of any mandatory protection applicable under the law of their country of residence where such protection cannot contractually be excluded.
29. PRIVACY AND COOKIES
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in our Cookie Policy.
30. CHANGES
The Grand Pages may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, applicable law, security requirements or business practices.
The current version and its effective date will remain available on the Site.
